Incredible staff and breakfast!

Had a great stay with my family! The staff were super nice and made us feel welcomed right away. Breakfast was a hit with the kids, plenty of tasty options. Just wished the elevators were working during our visit, a bit inconvenient. Overall, we enjoyed it a lot and would recommend it to others.

My stay was very pleasant. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I felt more relaxed than during my previous visit in Leominster, thanks to the excellent service and overall cozy atmosphere. I appreciated the on-site dining options as they were quite enjoyable.

I loved how Coggshall Park is just about 4 km away, making it perfect for a relaxing stroll amidst nature, and having several dining choices like LongHorn Steakhouse only a bit over 1 km away added to the convenience of my stay.

i’ve stayed here before, and this time exceeded my expectations for a budget stay. the rooms were immaculate and the staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. the breakfast buffet was large with tons of options, ensuring everyone was satisfied.

I truly enjoyed my stay, especially the exceptional staff who always greeted me with smiles and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring freshly baked pastries and a variety of quality food options that catered perfectly to my family's tastes. While everything was mostly great, I did notice the pool area could use better maintenance to enhance the overall experience.

I had a fantastic stay where the indoor pool was a perfect way to unwind after a long day, and the sun terrace provided great views for relaxing. The only hitch was the room could use some minor dusting in corners, but it didn't take away from my overall enjoyment. I’d recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a cozy spot to recharge! 😊

The spacious room was a highlight, but it was overshadowed by a lack of cleanliness that was concerning. Despite the good location with nearby shopping, the experience felt subpar due to the dusty environment, and a clogged bathroom sink detracted from comfort. The breakfast offered was mediocre, not quite meeting the expectations for a hotel of this brand.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, a cozy bar/lounge area, and an indoor pool. The staff even helped me with a late check-out on my first stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing city trip.

The room was huge and perfect for a solo traveler like me. I felt like I could host a tea party with the space! Plus, the location was nice and quiet, despite being close to shops.

But dearie, did someone sprinkle dust instead of confetti? The cleanliness was a bit of a tragedy! I almost wore a hazmat suit!

Loved the warm cookies at check-in, and the clean, comfortable room made my stay super enjoyable.

the doubletree by hilton had a nice indoor pool and a welcoming bar area. i appreciated the prompt service when i had an issue with my room. it's conveniently located near restaurants and shopping, making it easy to explore after a long day.
